Family Holiday Deals compares prices and sends you to the supplier — Booking.com, Expedia, or a Travelpayouts partner — to complete your booking. That means your booking confirmation, itinerary, and any changes or cancellations are managed on their site, not ours.

Look for the confirmation email from the supplier you booked with right after checkout — it'll have a "manage my booking" link and your booking reference. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or search your inbox for the property name.
