These terms explain how Family Holiday Deals works and what to expect when you use it to find and book a hotel. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What we are

Family Holiday Deals is a hotel comparison service. We search prices across a number of travel suppliers — including Booking.com, Expedia, and Travelpayouts-affiliated partners — and show you the results side by side. We are not a travel agent and we don't sell travel directly: when you choose a deal, we send you to the supplier's own site to complete the booking under their terms.

2. How we're paid

Using our search and comparison tool is free. We're paid by our supplier partners — typically a commission or referral fee when a click through our site leads to a booking on their platform. This doesn't add anything to the price you're quoted, and we don't accept payment from any supplier to rank their listings more favorably than a genuinely better-matching deal.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices and availability shown here are supplied by our partners and can change between the moment you see a deal and the moment you complete a booking on the supplier's site — for example due to currency fluctuations, demand, or a room selling out. Always check the final price and details on the supplier's site before confirming.

4. Making a booking

Clicking "View deal" logs your click for commission attribution and takes you to the supplier's website to finish the booking. Any information you enter there — including payment details — is collected and processed by that supplier, not by us. We have no involvement in, and no visibility of, your payment.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Because your booking is made with the supplier, their cancellation policy, change fees, and refund process apply — not ours. Where a deal is marked "Free cancellation," that's based on information provided by the supplier at search time; always confirm the exact policy on their booking page before you pay.

6. Fees

We don't charge you a booking fee to use the search or comparison tool. Any service fees, taxes, or resort fees shown are those disclosed by the supplier, and additional charges may apply at the property that aren't reflected in the price shown here.

7. Your account

Creating an account lets us recognize you across visits and personalize your experience. You're responsible for keeping the email address on your account accurate and for any activity that happens under it. You can ask us to close your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that prices, availability, or descriptions sourced from our supplier partners are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from your booking with a supplier, including cancellations, price changes, or service issues at the property — those are matters between you and the supplier.

10. Intellectual property

The Family Holiday Deals name, design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Hotel photos, descriptions, and rates are provided by our supplier partners and remain their property.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
